At Sciible, each piece is crafted and curated with intention. Because of our limited-release and made-to-order nature, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
By placing an order on www.sciible.com, you agree to the following terms:
All Sales Are Final
Due to the exclusive and limited nature of our drops and collections, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless your item is received in a defective or damaged condition (see below).
We encourage you to double-check your sizing, color selection, and shipping information before completing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@sciible.com with:
-Proven photo of damage.
-Order number.
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund at our sole discretion. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to qualify.
Incorrect Orders or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or an item is missing from your order, notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and may send the correct item or issue store credit.
Return Shipping Responsibility
If a return is authorized (e.g., in rare cases of incorrect or damaged items), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned within 7 days of return approval.
Exchanges
We do not offer size or color exchanges at this time. Please consult the size guide carefully before ordering.
Store Credit (If Issued)
If store credit is granted, it will be sent to your email in the form of a digital code, valid only at www.sciible.com. Store credit is non-transferable and does not expire.
Non-Returnable Items
We strictly do not accept returns or refunds for:
-Improper sizing
-Choosing different color.
-Shipped to wrong address.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed. If you reach out immediately and the order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate—but there are no guarantees.
Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes
Customers who attempt to bypass this policy through chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases. We reserve the right to contest any payment disputes using evidence of shipment and communication.
